  Had to return a gift and pick-up an online order. Clerks are always greeting you at the door, offering help before you can ask. They are willing to do what it takes to help you get the exact item you need. Even ordering large or special sizes. Selection of Qualified Mine workboots is, I think, the biggest in town!! Prices a bit high, but selection high quality and they stand behind their products!! Worth a bit more to have such nice customer service!! Clearance/sale prices are usually great!!
